Purpose and performance:
FP is a one-way sealing ring composed of a stainless steel V-shaped (0-shaped) spring and a filled PTFE U-shaped ring. It is used for slow, medium-speed reciprocating or slow-speed rotating motion situations, including hydraulic cylinders and air cylinders. It has a variety of different shapes and structures and a wide sealing pressure range, from vacuum to zero pressure and ultra-high pressure, which can ensure reliable sealing requirements. For low viscosity media and hot melt adhesive media, the sealing effect is better good. For the pharmaceutical and food processing industries, where disinfection and harsh chemical cleaning agents are required, the cavity at the spring can be filled with silicone to prevent contaminants from entering.
