1. Structure of hydraulic hose:

It is mainly composed of liquid resistant synthetic rubber inner layer, middle rubber layer, multi-layer reinforcement layer and weather-resistant synthetic rubber outer layer.

The inner rubber layer has the function of making the conveying medium withstand pressure and protecting the steel wire or wire fiber from erosion.

The outer rubber layer protects the reinforced layer from damage.

The reinforcement layer is a skeleton material, and its function is to ensure the use pressure of the hose.

2.Application of hydraulic hose:

Mainly used in mine hydraulic support, oil field lift, suitable for engineering construction, lifting and transportation, gold forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools and various industrial departments mechanized, automated hydraulic system transport with a certain pressure and temperature of petroleum (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) and water based liquid (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water) and liquid transmission. Hydraulic hose of rubber and plastic material, also known as rubber and plastic hose, is a new type of hose, which has remarkable corrosion resistance and energy saving effect.
