Shaanxi Kelong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1996, formerly known as Xianyang Kelong Rubber Products Research Institute. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. Its main products are: combined sealing products, high-pressure hoses and assemblies , coal mine support trucks, the products produced have been widely used in coal mining, aerospace, high-speed rail, engineering machinery, wind power and other fields. The high-quality products and first-class services are highly trusted by domestic and foreign customers.

In 2006, the company introduced equipment and production technology from Austrian DMH Company, an internationally renowned sealing technology company, and established the first DMH-KL imported seal production base in China.

In 2012, the company invested US$60 million to purchase more than 200 acres of new land in Xianyang High-tech Zone, and built a new high-pressure hose production base with a full set of 619 units (sets) of equipment imported from Italy. The company has an annual output of more than 15 million meters of various types of high-pressure hoses, with production capacity and technology. The processes are at the leading level in China, and in 2015, it was rated as a major technological transformation project in Shaanxi Province.
