Purpose and performance:
FOP is a one-way sealing ring composed of a stainless steel V-type (0-type) spring anda filled PTFE U-ring. It is used in slow, medium-speed reciprocating or slow-speed rotating motion situations, including hydraulic cylinders and air cylinders. It has a variety of different shapes and structures and a wide sealing pressure range. From vacuum to zero pressure and ultra-high pressure, reliable sealing requirements can be guaranteed. For low viscosity media and hot melt adhesive media, the sealing effect is bettergood. For the pharmaceutical and food processing industries, where disinfection and harsh chemical cleaning agents are required, the cavity at the spring can be filled with silicone to prevent contaminants from entering.
